Gentlemen:

Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated MAR 9, 1999.

G.R. No. 129288 (People of the Philippines vs. Joey Aquino y Acedo and Jose Trinidad y Progreso.)

The motion filed by the Free Legal Assistance Group [FLAG] Anti-Death Penalty Task Force for accused-appellant, dated February 16, 1999, for a fourth extension of fifteen (15) days from the expiration of the third extension or until March 4, 1999, within which to file brief, is GRANTED but definitely the last extension to be given by the Court.

The Court further Resolved to ADMONISH Atty. Efren Moncupa, counsel for accused-appellant, considering that the third motion for extension of time to file brief was granted with warning that no further extension will be given by the Court.
