Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this

This refers to the letter of petitioner Martin Fletcher dated May 17, 2004 seeking for a quick
action on his petition for the issuance of a writ for habeas corpus. The Court notes that this is a mere
reiteration of many previous letters/motions filed by his wife and/or by
petitioner himself with the same prayer.
The Court notes that it issued a Resolution dated May 17, 2004 where it had
sufficiently explained that the detention of the accused was based on a valid
judgment which had already become final and executory. With his conviction having become final upon
his failure to appeal the same, the release of the petitioner via a petition
for a writ of habeas corpus can no longer be ordered in this case.
Accordingly, the
letter dated May 17, 2004
is NOTED WITHOUT ACTION. Let this be a
warning to the petitioner that the Court will no longer entertain similar
motions/letters from the petitioner.
