R E S O L U T I O N
Considering the Manifestation of private respondents that the instant petition has become moot and academic in view of this Court's (First Division) Decision in the petition for contempt docketed as G.R. No. 138660, which became final and executory on May 26, 2004, wherein it was ruled that the Court's Decision in G.R. No. 118436, which has also become final and executory, is binding on herein petitioners, and that the latter's act of filing an action for reconveyance, quieting of title and damages, subject of this present petition, involving the very same parcels of land which this Court already decided with finality constitutes contempt and forum shopping, the Court hereby REQUIRES petitioners to COMMENT on whether this petition should be dismissed for being moot and academic within ten (10) days from notice.
