Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this
Court dated
Adm. Matter No. RTJ-02-1714 (Helen B. Camera vs. Judge Oscar M. Uson and Legal Researcher Alejandro S. Mejia, Jr., RTC-Branch 52, Tayug, Pangasinan. )
R E S O L U T I O N
Considering that Judge Oscar M. Uson
failed to comply with the Resolution dated July 9, 2003, requiring him to show
cause why he should not be disciplinary dealt with or be held in contempt of
court for failure to manifest to this Court whether he is willing to submit
this administrative matter for resolution based on the pleadings on record, as
required in the Resolution dated July 29, 2002, the Court resolves to a)
CONSIDER this administrative case submitted for resolution without Judge Oscar
M. Uson's required manifestation; and b) IMPOSE upon
Judge Oscar M. Uson a fine of P1,000.00 payable within ten (10) days from notice hereof.
