ADMINISTRATIVE CIRCULAR NO. 48-2005
AUTHORIZING
THE ATTENDANCE OF JUDGES, CLERKS OF COURT AND BRANCH CLERKS OF COURT OF
THE CITIES OF ANGELES AND SAN FERNANDO, PAMPANGA, AND THE
MUNICIPALITIES OF GUAGUA AND MACABEBE, IN THE JURIS MEDIATION PROGRAM
ORIENTATION AND WORKSHOP.
The Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA), in coordination with the
National Judicial Institute of Canada (NJI), will conduct a one and a
half-day JURIS Mediation Program Orientation and Workshop for Judges,
Clerks of Court and Branch Clerks of Court of the Cities of Angeles and
San Fernando, Pampanga; and the Municipalities of Guagua and Macabebe,
to be held on 13 and 14 September 2005 at the San Fernando Provincial
Social Hall, San Fernando Provincial Compound, City of San Fernando,
Pampanga.

The attendance of the participants in the orientation and workshop
shall be MANDATORY and on OFFICIAL BUSINESS.
The participating Judges should see to it that their respective court
calendars would be properly managed for the duration of their
participation in the orientation and workshop, and that the parties are
notified in advance of any cancellation of hearings.
Formal business attire is required. No companion or substitution of
participants shall be allowed.
