JUSTICES OF THE INTERMEDIATE APPELLATE COURT, SANDIGANBAYAN AND JUDGES
AND EMPLOYEES OF ALL COURTS
SUBJECT:
SUMMER OFFICE HOURS.
In line with the
government's energy conservation program and pursuant to the Civil
Service
Rules and Regulations prescribing office hours during summer or hot
season,
[RAC, Section 564, as amended by R. A. 1880, CSR; Rule XV, Section 2
(c)],
the Chief Justice has authorized, effective April 16, 1985 to June 15,
1985, the reduction of office hours to five consecutive hours, from
8:00
o'clock in the morning to 1:00 o'clock in the afternoon, except Courts
which do not have their own courtrooms and, therefore, have to hold
sessions
in the afternoon, which should hold office from 1:00 P.M. TO 5:00 P.M.cralaw:red
All Courts shall,
however, maintain a skeleton force by rotation of the personnel
thereof.
Employees so designated shall observe regular office hours from 8:00
A.M.
to 12:00 noon and 12:30 P.M. to 4:30 P.M. daily.cralaw:red
