The Ministry
of
Social Services and Development has decentralized services for
delinquent
minors by setting up Regional Rehabilitation Centers for youthful
offenders

above and the existing Rehabilitation Centers in the Metro Manila Area,
similar rehabilitation centers will be established in Regions VI and X
sometime this year.
With the establishment
of these Regional Rehabilitation Centers, you are enjoined to commit
the
youthful offenders to the Center nearest your station.
