Syllabus
Under the statute of limitations of Tennessee of 1797, c.43, s. 4, peaceable and uninterrupted possession claiming to hold the land adverse to the claims of all other persons for seven years under a grant or deed of conveyance founded upon a grant gives a complete title to the person who has the possession.
