Title 5 - Administrative Personnel
(a) Purpose. The purpose of this subpart is to set forth procedures and requirements for a voluntary leave transfer program under which the unused accrued annual leave of one agency officer or employee may be transferred for use by another agency officer or employee who needs such leave because of a medical emergency. (b) Applicability. This subpart applies to officers and employees to whom subchapter I of chapter 63 of title 5, United States Code, applies.
