Title 5 - Administrative Personnel
(a) An individual described in §831.2104(a) of this subpart shall file an application for deposit with the appropriate office in the employing agency, or, for Members and Congressional employees, with the Secretary of the Senate or the Clerk of the House of Representatives, as appropriate. (b) An individual described in §831.2104(b) of this subpart may, at the time of filing an application for retirement or death benefits, file an application for deposit or complete a deposit with OPM.
