Title 8 - Aliens and Nationality
(a) Review of forms. The Service shall be responsible for the review of forms it uses to collect information from and about individuals. (b) Scope of review. The Service Forms Control Unit shall review each form to assure that it complies with the requirements of 28 CFR 16.52.
