Title 8 - Aliens and Nationality
As used in this part: Application means the form specified in §499.1 of this chapter on which an applicant requests consideration for naturalization. Service district means the geographical area over which an office of the Immigration and Naturalization Service has jurisdiction, as defined in §100.4 of this chapter.
