Title 9 - Animals and Animal Products
(a) For poultry 8 Importations from Mexico shall be subject to §§93.218 to 93.220 inclusive, in addition to other sections in this part which are in terms applicable for such importations. (b) For poultry intended for importation into the United States from Mexico, the importer or his or her agent shall deliver to the veterinary inspector at the port of entry an application, in writing, for inspection, so that the veterinary inspector and customs representatives may make mutually satisfactory arrangements for the orderly inspection of the poultry.
