Title 9 - Animals and Animal Products
(a) Ruminant and swine embryos may not be imported from regions where rinderpest or foot-and-mouth disease exists except in accordance with this subpart. (b) Ruminant and swine embryos may not be imported into the United States from any region other than the region in which they were conceived and collected.
