Title 9 - Animals and Animal Products
To be eligible for certification under the act, an animal must be purebred of a recognized breed and have been registered in good faith in a book of record listed in §151.9 and must not have been registered on inspection without regard to purity of breeding. [23 FR 10104, Dec. 23, 1958]
