Title 10 - Energy
(a) Each licensee shall maintain records sufficient to demonstrate compliance with the dose limit for individual members of the public (see §20.1301). (b) The licensee shall retain the records required by paragraph (a) of this section until the Commission terminates each pertinent license requiring the record.
