Title 10 - Energy
When a licensee is required, pursuant to the provisions of §§20.2203, 20.2204, or 20.2206, to report to the Commission any exposure of an identified occupationally exposed individual, or an identified member of the public, to radiation or radioactive material, the licensee shall also provide a copy of the report submitted to the Commission to the individual. This report must be transmitted at a time no later than the transmittal to the Commission. [60 FR 36043, July 13, 1995]
