Title 10 - Energy
(a) Except within the DoD, RD management officials shall ensure that persons who derivatively classify RD or FRD documents are designated by position or by name as RD classifiers. (b) All contractor organizations with access to RD and FRD, including DoD contractors, shall designate RD classifiers.
