Title 12 - Banks and Banking
(a) The Board meets in the offices of the Farm Credit Administration, McLean, Virginia 22102–5090, on the second Thursday of each month. (b) At any duly called meeting held previous to any meeting scheduled as provided in paragraph (a) of this section, the Board may fix a different time and place for a subsequent meeting. (c) At the earliest practicable time, which is estimated to be not later than 8 days before the beginning of a meeting of the Board, the Farm Credit Administration shall make available for public inspection by posting notice on its public notice board in its offices, or pursuant to telephonic or written requests, the time, place, and subject matter of the meeting except to the extent that such information is exempt from disclosure under the provisions of §604.420 of this part.
