Any Farm Credit bank may issue Farm Credit Investment Bonds directly to those eligible as set forth in §615.5120(a). The bonds are subject to the limitations contained in the Federal Reserve Board's Regulation Q. [43 FR 47489, Oct. 16, 1978; 43 FR 55239, Nov. 27, 1978]
