Title 12 - Banks and Banking
The Directorate shall have authority to establish investment policies and procedures with respect to Financing Corporation funds provided that the investment policies and procedures are consistent with the requirements of section 21(g) of the Act (12 U.S.C. 1441(g)). The Directorate shall promptly notify the Finance Board in writing of any changes to the investment policies and procedures. [62 FR 50248, Sept. 25, 1997.
