Title 12 - Banks and Banking
(a) Filing. All papers filed with the ASC in any proceeding shall be filed with the Secretary, Appraisal Subcommittee, 2000 K Street, NW., Suite 310, Washington, DC 20006. (b) Manner of filing. Unless otherwise specified by the ASC, filing may be accomplished by: (1) Personal service; (2) Delivering the papers to a reliable commercial courier service, overnight delivery service, or to the U.S. Post Office for Express Mail delivery; and (3) Mailing the papers by first class, registered, or certified mail.
