Title 13 - Business Credit and Assistance
(a) The provisions of parts 293 and 297 of title 5 of the Code of Federal Regulations govern all SBA files which the Office of Personnel Management determines are personnel files. (b) The provisions of part 1611 of title 29 of the Code of Federal Regulations govern all Equal Employment Opportunity complaint files.
