Title 13 - Business Credit and Assistance
Yes. SBA shall not solicit and/or accept Gifts of or for (or use cash Gifts to purchase or engage in) the following: (a) Alcohol products; (b) Tobacco products; (c) Pornographic or sexually explicit objects or services; (d) Gambling (including raffles and lotteries); (e) Parties primarily for the benefit of Government employees; and (f) Any other product or service prohibited by law or policy.
