Title 13 - Business Credit and Assistance
(a) Requests by recipients for amendments to a grant shall be submitted in writing to EDA for approval, and shall contain such information and documentation necessary to justify the request. (b) Any changes made without approval by EDA are made at grantee's own risk of suspension or termination of the project. (c) Changes of project scope after the time the project grant funds could be obligated will not be approved by EDA. Projects funded with no year funds are not subject to the change of scope rule.
