Title 13 - Business Credit and Assistance
EDA will evaluate the performance of each Economic Development District. EDA will: (a) Evaluate each Economic Development District at least once every three years; (b) Assess the Economic Development District's management standards, financial accountability, and program performance; and (c) For peer review, ensure the participation of at least one other Economic Development District organization, as appropriate, in the evaluation on a cost-reimbursement basis.
