Title 14 - Aeronautics and Space
(a) No system may require a carrier to maintain any particular level of participation or buy any enhancements in its system on the basis of participation levels or enhancements selected by that carrier in any other foreign or domestic computerized reservations system, as a condition to participation in the system. (b) No system may require any carrier as a condition to participation to provide it with fares that the carrier has chosen not to sell through that system.
