Title 14 - Aeronautics and Space
Assistant General Counsel, when used in this subpart, refers to the Assistant General Counsel for Aviation Enforcement and Proceedings. Complainant refers to the person filing a complaint. Parties, when used in this subpart, include the Office of the Assistant General Counsel, the respondent, the complainant, and any other person permitted to intervene under §302.20. Respondent refers to the person against whom a complaint is filed.
