Title 14 - Aeronautics and Space
As used in this part: Bankruptcy means an adjudication of bankruptcy under Title 11 of the U.S. Code. Carrier means an air carrier that on October 24, 1978, held a certificate issued under section 401 of the Federal Aviation Act of 1958.
