(a) You must submit your application, and all required supporting information, in hard copy (not by fax or electronic means) to the following address:
U.S. Department of Transportation, Aviation Relief Desk (X–50), 400 7th Street, SW., Room 6401, Washington, DC 20590. (b) If your complete application is not sent to the address in paragraph (a) of this section as required in this section, the Department will not accept it.
