Title 14 - Aeronautics and Space
Information shall be declassified or downgraded as soon as national security considerations permit. NASA reviews of classified information shall be coordinated with other agencies that have a direct interest in the subject matter. Information that continues to meet the classification requirements prescribed by §1203.400 despite the passage of time will continue to be protected in accordance with “the Order.” [48 FR 5891, Feb. 9, 1983]
