Title 14 - Aeronautics and Space
(a) Transfer of cooperative agreements. Novation is the only means by which a cooperative agreement may be transferred from one recipient to another. (b) Novation and change of name. NASA legal counsel shall review, for legal sufficiency, all novation agreements or change of name agreements of the recipient, prior to formal execution by the agreement officer.
