Title 14 - Aeronautics and Space
Except as otherwise provided in §1206.504, the Associate Deputy Administrator or designee is responsible for the following: (a) Providing overall supervision and coordination of the implementation of the policies and procedures set forth in this Part 1206; (b) After consultation with the General Counsel, making final determinations under §1206.607, within the time limits specified in Subpart 6 of this part; (c) Determining whether unusual circumstances exist under §1206.608 as would justify the extension of the time limit for a final determination.
