Title 15 - Commerce and Foreign Trade
The regulations in this part establish rules with respect to the parking and operation of motor vehicles and other activities and conduct on the site. These regulations are intended to supplement the rules and regulations regarding conduct in Part O of Subtitle A of this title and in other officially issued orders and regulations of the Department of Commerce and the National Institute of Standards & Technology [39 FR 41170, Nov. 25, 1974, as amended at 55 FR 38316, Sept. 18, 1990]
