Title 17 - Commodity and Securities Exchanges
The term rules and regulations as used in sections 7, 10 (a), (c) and (d) and 19(a) of the Act, shall include the forms for registration of securities under the Act and the related instructions thereto. [21 FR 1046, Feb. 15, 1956]
