Title 17 - Commodity and Securities Exchanges
To the extent permitted by law, all administrative charges incurred in connection with the referral of the debts for tax refund offset will be assessed on the debt and thus increase the amount of the offset. [66 FR 54132, Oct. 26, 2001]
