Title 17 - Commodity and Securities Exchanges
A registrant that is eligible to use Forms 40–F and 6–K and files reports in accordance therewith shall be deemed to satisfy the requirements of Regulation 15D (§§240.15d–1 through 240.15d–21 of this chapter). [56 FR 30075, July 1, 1991]
