Title 18 - Conservation of Power and Water Resources
The provisions of this part will apply to quotations or tenders made by all pipeline common carriers to the United States Government, or any agency or department thereof, for the transportation, storage, or handling of petroleum and petroleum products at reduced rates as permitted by section 22 of the Interstate Commerce Act.
