Title 18 - Conservation of Power and Water Resources
(a) A Transmission Provider's employees engaged in transmission system operations must function independent from the employees of its Marketing and Energy Affiliates. (b) A Transmission Provider must treat all transmission customers, affiliated and non-affiliated, on a non-discriminatory basis, and must not operate its transmission system to preferentially benefit its Marketing or Energy Affiliates.
