Title 18 - Conservation of Power and Water Resources
(a) Applicability. The regulations in this part govern the issuance of, and transactions in, all TVA Power Securities issued by TVA in book-entry form through the Reserve Banks. (b) Effect. The TVA Power Securities to which the regulations in this part apply are obligations which, by the terms of their issue, are available exclusively in book-entry form through the Reserve Banks' Book-entry System.
