Title 18 - Conservation of Power and Water Resources
For the purposes of this subpart: (a) The term Board means the Board of Directors of the Tennessee Valley Authority; (b) The term meeting means the deliberations of two or more members of the TVA Board where such deliberations determine or result in the joint conduct or disposition of official TVA business, but the term does not include deliberations required or permitted by §1301.44 or §1301.45; (c) The term member means an individual who is a member of the TVA Board; and (d) The term TVA means the Tennessee Valley Authority.
