Title 19 - Customs Duties
If an approved Customs access seal is presented by a person other than the one to whom it was issued, the Customs access seal will be removed and destroyed. An approved Customs access seal may be removed from an employee by any Customs officer designated by the port director. [T.D. 02–40, 67 FR 48986, July 29, 2002]
