Title 19 - Customs Duties
Inward cargo discrepancies shall be accounted for and adjusted by correction of the Cargo Declaration Outward With Commercial Forms, Customs Form 1302–A, but the vessel may be cleared and the adjustment deferred if the discharging officer's report has not been received.
