Title 19 - Customs Duties
Merchandise sent from a bonded warehouse to the appraiser's stores for examination shall be returned by the port director to the warehouse for delivery unless the warehouse proprietor endorses the duty-paid permit to authorize delivery to another person. [T.D. 82–204, 47 FR 49371, Nov. 1, 1982]
