Title 19 - Customs Duties
After completion of its investigation, the Commission will transmit to the President a report of the results thereof, including its findings and recommendations based thereon, and a statement of the steps taken in the investigation, together with a transcript of the evidence submitted at the hearing. A copy of such report will be transmitted to the Secretary of Agriculture. [49 FR 32571, Aug. 15, 1984]
