Title 19 - Customs Duties
For each investigation subject to provisions of part 206, the Commission will transmit copies of the petition, request, resolution, or Commission motion as required by the relevant statute, along with a copy of the notice of investigation. [67 FR 8190, Feb. 22, 2002]
