Title 19 - Customs Duties
(a) Definition. A more complicated investigation is an investigation that is of an involved nature owing to the subject matter, difficulty in obtaining information, the large number of parties involved, or other significant factors. (b) Temporary relief. The Commission or the presiding administrative law judge, pursuant to §210.60, may declare an investigation “more complicated” in order to have up to 60 days of additional time to adjudicate a motion for temporary relief.
