Title 20 - Employees' Benefits
(a) The total amount of the 1974 Act LSDP is payable to the employee's widow(er), if she or he was “living in the same household” as the employee at the time of the employee's death. (Refer to §234.21 for an explanation of “living in the same household.”) (b) The amount of the 1974 Act LSDP is equal to three times the amount of the PIA, as determined by section 215 of the Social Security Act, or $255.00, whichever is less.
