Title 20 - Employees' Benefits
(a) A year of service is twelve months of reported or deemed service, consecutive or not consecutive. A fraction of a year of service is taken at its actual value. (b) The term years of service means the total number of years an employee is credited with service as defined in §210.2 of this part.
