Title 20 - Employees' Benefits
We will mail a written notice of our decision on the issue(s) you appealed to you at your last known address. Generally, we will not send a notice if your subsidy stops because of your death. The written notice that we send will tell you: (a) What our decision is; (b) The reasons for our decision; (c) The effect of our decision; and (d) Your right to judicial review of the decision.
